PRODUCT CARE:

Whitney Tableware is high quality porcelain designed for everyday use.  It is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Whether in the dishwasher or washing by hand, use a non-abrasive soap (low in citric acid). Do not scrub with anything rough or abrasive; instead use a soft sponge or washcloth. Do not allow the porcelainware to touch during washing. Do not over stack dishwasher. Damage and cracks may occur if rattled or dropped. 

Use the microwave at a low setting for a minute or two to warm or reheat food and drinks. Do not use the porcelainware to cook for long periods of time or at high intense temperatures. Be careful removing porcelain items from the microwave as they may be very hot. Do not place porcelain ware in oven.  

GIFTING: 

A card with a personal message from you can be placed in the box. Please type your message in the Notes area at check out. Your order confirmation email is your receipt; a receipt will not be included in the box when shipped.

SHIPPING:

The studio holds inventory and most orders ship within three business days. The product page will indicate if an item is out-of-stock or give you the option to pre-order new collections, and the item will ship at a later date when it arrives in-stock. Otherwise all in-stock items on the order will ship. If you have questions about your order or need it sooner, please email whitneyartist1@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate expedited shipping. If you do not want a package left at your door you must contact me when you place your order to require a signature for delivery. We are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered or if the shipping address you provided is an incorrect address. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, some larger orders may go UPS or FedEx whichever is the most economical shipping option. UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses, so it is always best to provide a street address.

Most of the time, all items will stay together in the same shipping box; on occasion, some items in the same order may ship in separate boxes.

You will be emailed a tracking number when the order ships.

Sales Tax will be applied to all orders placed within the state of Rhode Island.

PAYMENT:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.

Charges may take up to five days to appear on your credit card, and refunds may take up to 14 days to appear.  An authorization for the full amount of the transaction will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase.

When processing credit cards, WA employs a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your transaction so you can shop safely. 

After purchase you will receive an email with confirmation acknowledging your order.
