I want you to be completely happy with your Whitney products! Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange, please fill out this form, and I will respond with a return authorization (RA#). Do not return items without first obtaining an RA#. Return forms received 14 to 30 days after delivery may receive store credit or exchange. Returns not accepted beyond 30 days.
No refund or credit for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Sale items are not accepted for return or exchange.
Products purchased from a store retailer must be returned and exchanged to the same store where purchased. This site only replaces and exchanges items purchased through this website WhitneyArtist.com.
